* Initial knowledge transfer from previous supplier partner

* Service support and investigation & resolution of incidents

* Any work required to maintain a stable and effective service including supporting patching and any relevant upgrades

The Role

- Day-to-day support of services providing 2nd line application support via established Service Now resolver groups. Standard support hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.

- Familiarisation with the MS Dynamics 365 Portfolio to address and actively work through the prioritised incident backlog together with the end client.

- Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service knowledge - features, tables, workflows, etc need all to be understood properly and the candidate must demonstrate experience configuring and supporting that CRM module.

- Extending Dynamics CRM - plugins, webhooks, Logic Apps and Functions on azure, Power Automate all must be known and we expect the candidate to have experience using them.

- Support desk knowledge of processes and standards - they need to know what L1, L2 and L3 are as well as have proper and demonstrable knowledge of processes - Defect resolution and prioritisation as examples

- Working collaboratively with the end client using DevOps and Agile methodologies whilst guided by ITIL principles to deliver, run, and maintain the live services.

- Responding to incidents as per Incident Management processes.

- Management of the services using standard service management processes including, but not limited to, incident, problem and change comprising of:

* Triage

* Resolving MS Dynamics 365 Configuration defects

* Raising Service-now tickets for downstream issues as required

* Raising Microsoft support calls for any MS Dynamics 365 Product Issues.
