A successful and leading company with strong employee values currently seeks a highly motivated and experienced System Architect to join their Systems Architecture team. In this role you will be responsible for defining and architect the next generation of market-leading power management, audio and other high performance mixed-signal solutions.

You will be working with customers, marketing, design, software and applications teams to define the next-generation solutions products for mobile, consumer and automotive electronics markets. You will be involved in the complete life-cycle of product development, starting with a strong focus on requirements capture, analysis, concept feasibility study, and solution definition, working directly with design teams on key architecture aspects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Architecture definition for complex ICs involving; buck/boost converters, hybrid switch capacitor converters, LED drivers, class AB/D amplifiers, DACs/ADCs, charge pumps, and DSP.
  • Lead architecture reviews and participate in IC-level design reviews with design engineering, applications, validation and product test engineers.
  • Detail system and performance requirements generation for ICs.
  • Determine hardware/software trade-off analysis for key features and requirements.
  • Drive domain expertise in Analog and Mixed Signal.
  • Work with Design Engineering, Advanced Technology, and IP teams on novel solutions.
  • Contribute to business planning around the Analog and Mixed Signal technology function.
  • Communicate ideas and specifications.
  • Understand finer details of customer architectures and road-maps.
Masters or PhD qualified in Electronic Engineering or Microelectronics, you will have relevant experience in Analog/Mixed signal CMOS circuit design and with Systems Architecture related experience.
