Within BCB is our Channels business, which has been built to design and deliver great end to end experiences for our clients across Digital, Telephony and marketing Channels. You will be part of a team that is shaping Business and Commercial's online banking experience, uplifting mobile app and online banking content; including product information/tools, thematic content and help and support information, leading on the development of new navigation, running A/B tests, and delivering content upgrades to help achieve business objectives. You'll be a credible consultant across the business, truly understanding the capabilities of Github and AEM, building and releasing content changes in the business mobile app and online banking sites. You'll create content change requests alongside stakeholders ensuring relevancy, accuracy and quality and proactively challenging briefs to ensure optimum content is delivered. You'll test content changes, ensuring execution of content change to the business mobile app and desktop secure site are timely & accurate. Whilst contributing to the overall performance and design standards of the secure sites, suggesting innovative ideas to make the existing experience better or suggesting new ideas to uplift customer experience and performance.
