Job title: Principal Engineer - Asset IntegrationLocation: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular roleSalary: Circa £43,000 What you'll be doing: Responsible for managing members of the asset integration team and delivery of work scopesScoping and delivering asset integration and pre-operational activities for major site and infrastructure projectsDeveloping integration strategies and through life management plansLiaising with and managing key stakeholders within the project, and end user functionResponsible for the integration of new assets and infrastructure into site business management systemsImplementing post-handover asset management arrangementsProduction and validation of working level instructionsDeriving and developing operations, maintenance and asset management strategies Your skills and experiences:Essential:Degree qualified in a STEM subject, or equivalent engineering, maintenance, or operational experienceAn understanding of Asset Management principlesExperience working within asset integration, or pre-operationsSignificant experience in managing complex stakeholder relationshipsExperience in managing scopes of work to challenging schedulesExperience in the production and validation of working level instructionsDesirable:Experience or exposure of project transitions to operationsBasic understand of asset management Benefits:You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
