We are now looking for an IT Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

The Role

As an IT Manager, you will oversee the smooth operations of our IT systems, software platforms and secure network environments.

You'll deliver high-quality, specialist IT support, enabling us to enhance day-to-day efficiency and improve services, processes and operations across all digital and IT aspects of the organisation.

Supporting the development of our digital strategy, you'll present proposals to staff and senior colleagues, work closely with our third-party providers to support business and procurement decisions and continually seek improvements to our IT processes.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage IT projects, plans and software solutions 
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Manage junior IT staff and arrange relevant training for employees
- Champion data protection and GDPR compliance
- Provide support and advice to end-users 

About You

To be considered as an IT Manager, you will need:

- Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
- A proven track record of senior management experience in IT Management
- Experience of co-ordinating, managing and developing others
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
- Familiarity on Salesforce or a similar software
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
