Transformation/Change Project Manager - ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified Hybrid Working / West LondonAre you an accomplished Finance Transformation Project Manager with a focus on Compliance and Alignment, particularly within the realms of fixed assets and internal software capitalisation? We present an exceptional opportunity that positions you at the forefront of transformative initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

'€¢Gain Insight: Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the existing setup across all markets, considering various perspectives e.g. policy, regulatory, user, process and system. Identifying and addressing tactical issues necessary for alignment.

'€¢Vision for the Future: Collaboratively shape the 'to-be' approach for new processes, ensuring alignment with the policies and seamless integration.'€¢Project Management: Using project management skills and processing expertise to the table, ensuring thorough impact assessments, and ensuring a clear understanding of key milestones, and consider change and cutover management for effective implementation.'€¢Implementation: Oversee the implementation of initial user support, user management, and process changes, ensuring high standards and timely execution.'€¢Risk Management: Understanding potential risks, continuously monitoring them, designing effective controls, and review compliance with policies and processes.'€¢Experiences in Fixed Assets, process mapping, accounting, change transformation, is beneficial.'€¢Accounting background is a must, as the project entails a strong understanding in the accountancy aspect, paired with change and transformation project management skills and experiences.'€¢Managing a small team and independent working skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

'€¢Prior experiences in delivering process transformation projects.'€¢A2R Proficiency: Experienced in A2R end-to-end processes.'€¢Professional Credentials: Hold ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA qualifications (or equivalent).
