Right to Work (RtW) Immigration Administrator - Central Bristol

In this role you'll have exposure across all of our brands, you may have heard this many times before, but in this role…. truly, no day is the same.

Within this role, you will complete business critical Immigration, Right to Work (RtW) and Pre-Employment checks, HR processes and transactions. You will also provide general support to our internal colleagues and new joiners to the business in relation to these processes and checks.. There will be a variety of processes to complete and as part of the role, you will build upon your existing working knowledge across the breadth of Immigration and Right to Work.

This includes being involved in and managing processing complex Right to Work checks and being able to communicate to new joiners or internal colleagues about the subject area. You will work closely with our HR support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new joiners as well as our HR helpdesk teams, providing the information needed to resolve queries on Right to Work & Immigration and support where needed to solve any problems. You will also be involved in tracking and updating sensitive & confidential information onto the HR Systems to ensure we hold correct electronic records in line with the Home Office Guidelines.

IT Competency: Able to learn/pick up how to use internal systems as part of the role is administration on internal systems.

Communication & Relationships: Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally with colleagues across the business in a clear, supportive, and friendly manner as well as building good & trustworthy relationships.

What are we looking for in our RTW Immigration Administrator?

Must have experience of and detailed working knowledge of processing detailed pre-employment Right to Work checks on individuals, helping to ensure our adherence to current law relating to Right to Work in the U.K. (MANDATORY)

Must have experience of and detailed working knowledge of processing administrative tasks relating to Immigration, Right to Work & Pre-Employment Checks including Visa letters, while handling sensitive & personal information appropriately and in accordance with GDPR and DPA regulations. (MANDATORY)

Liaising with other teams within the business to ensure the effective and timely on-boarding of employees as well as work together to resolve problems and answer any queries.

Experience in tracking, chasing and updating sensitive confidential personnel information on HR Systems to ensure electronic staff records are up to date and work is delivered in line with department SLA`s and to current legislation

Ensure continuous education on Immigration & RTW HR Processes and policies to have in-depth but broad knowledge as well as striving for efficiency and continuously identify improvement opportunities to enhance the colleague experience.

Contribute to the delivery of objectives and service level agreements.

Prioritise own workload in an efficient manner and anticipate problems.
