Role Profile:This role will work on a key area of the Managing User Access programme currently in progress at a University. The role will focus on the roll out of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for key university services, in particular, the roll out of MFA for Microsoft 365 (currently in progress) and the completion of the project/transition to business as usual.Another key element of the role will be working on a business case for the replacement of the University's identity and access management system. Experience of business case development will therefore be essential.Essential Skills:Experience delivering information security projects relating to identity and access management/multi-factor authenticationSignificant experience as a specialist Project Manager working on projects that have delivered transformation to end users, software development and/or related projectsExperience of business case developmentRelevant project management qualification eg APMP, Prince2 or agile certification.Track record of successful project or change deliveryUnderstanding of industry standard Project Management and Business Analysis methodologiesAbility to develop and maintain project plans (eg in Microsoft Project or equivalent) so that projects are delivered successfullyExperience of working within Higher Education particularly on specific education related business areas such as Virtual Learning Environments, Research Systems or Student Records Management Day rate - £400-500Remote 6 month contractPlease click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
