The Propulsion Software Integration team is expanding to create the next generation of modern luxury vehicles.  Our mission is to continuously align and manage the software integration and feature ramp up of our propulsion control systems.  We are an inclusive team operating with an agile mindset to rapidly deliver great innovation for our customers.

As part of the Propulsion Software Integration team, you will lead the continuous verification and delivery of an integrated Propulsion control system and lead the resolution of issues.  

This includes coordination of the Feature, Function and Platform Service content to deliver cutting edge technology.  You will provide the appropriate transparency and prioritisation between the vehicle teams and the propulsion software teams.  Working with other areas of Engineering such as autonomous driving and motion control you will ensure seamless functionality across the vehicle.  


While you are regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure highest value development is prioritised and latest plans are understood and delivered and delivering integrated software packs for the Propulsion systems used in each vehicle programme.

You will be seen to make regular reviews of System Requirements and application of Failure Mode Avoidance principles while also ensuring sufficient test case coverage for system verification on vehicles and multi-ECU HIL rigs.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience



Ability to coordinate multiple activities across teams to ensure synchronisation of programme deliverables.

A technical background in software controls or system integration

Experience of software system issue investigation and root cause analysis (8D, DMAIC)

Experience of project management and system engineering principles

Awareness of Propulsion systems, including high voltage electrified components

Excellent interpersonal skills, with positive influencing and engagement abilities

Relevant degree or equivalent experience
