They are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their team and drive the quality of their ReactJS applications to new heights.Position Overview: As the Lead SDET for ReactJS, you will be responsible for leading efforts to ensure the high quality, reliability, and performance of all ReactJS applications. You will work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to design and implement comprehensive test strategies, develop test automation frameworks, and lead a team of talented SDETs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on product quality and contribute to the success of the software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of SDETs to create and maintain test automation frameworks for ReactJS applications.Design and implement test strategies for ReactJS projects, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and execute test plans.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.5+ years of experience as an SDET, with a focus on ReactJS.Strong proficiency in ReactJS and related technologies.Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Selenium.Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.If you are a passionate Lead SDET with expertise in ReactJS and a desire to drive software quality to new levels, please apply!
