An exciting opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Engineer to join a Semiconductor Manufacturer based in Neuchatel, Switzerland. As a Maintenance Engineer in the Photolithography and Metrology section, your responsibilities would include:
Enhancing the preventive, predictive, and curative maintenance of the equipment.Perform regular equipment performance analysis through a PDCA methodology (RCA, Pareto, and Actions) by identifying key characteristics in collaboration with the process team.Oversee 8Ds and Task Forces when necessary with all the stakeholders,Define and mitigate the risks with equipment FMEA.Support the technician’s team in terms of maintenance, methods, structured troubleshooting, and qualifications for production.Develop the skills with training in order to increase the know-how in a sustainable manner.Maintain and update documentation in the frame of the Quality System: procedures, checklists, standards and norms, information from equipment suppliersEnsure clear and structured communication throughout the section and the Maintenance departmentBe proactive with the suppliers by tracking the actions and by conducting recurrent interviews in order to have continuous support and efficiency for the interventionsTrack and plan spare parts and service contract costsProvide technical inputs on new equipment acquisitions; integrate this equipment from the start into the shopfloor until the management of the obsolescenceTo be considered for the Maintenance Engineer opportunity, you will need:
HES Engineering degree or equivalent engineering degreePrevious experience of maintenance experience in Photolithography and/or Metrology area as an Engineer in the semiconductor industry.Expertise on equipment requiredExperience with external suppliersProblem solving oriented - PDCA5S, 8D, Equipment FMEA, FDC (Maestria), GMAO, MSA, SPCFluent English skills with the ability to learn French.If you are interested in applying for the Maintenance Engineer opportunity, please contact Micheal Terry
