Responsibilities:

As a Lead Java Developer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing the company's CDP platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of Java developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Designing, coding, testing, and debugging high-performance software applications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
Evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve system efficiency.
Participating in architectural design and decision-making processes.
Ensuring code quality, security, and best practices are maintained.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Essential Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Java Developer, including leadership or mentoring experience.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, jUnit, SQL, and Microservices.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Benefits:
