Our client, a prominent company in the energy sector based in Stockton-on-Tees, is seeking a talented Senior Java Developer/Team Lead to join their innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Java developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Utilise AWS services to build and deploy secure, scalable, and reliable applications.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering skill development and growth within the team.
Essential Skills:
- Solid experience in Java development, with a focus on building high-performance, scalable applications.
- Proficiency in AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of developers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Location: Stockton-on-Tess, UK / Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
