Our client, a prominent company in the energy industry based in Stockton-on-Tees, is seeking an experienced DevOps Team Lead to spearhead their transformative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of DevOps professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Java, React, AWS, and Linux to design, develop, and implement robust DevOps solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of infrastructure components, ensuring seamless integration between development and operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement and optimize DevOps best practices, tools, and processes to enhance automation, monitoring, and deployment.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and ensure smooth deployment of applications.
Essential Skills:
- Solid experience in Java and React development, with a strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
- Proficiency in AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
- Expertise in Linux-based environments and scripting languages.
- Proven track record in leading DevOps initiatives, implementing automation, and ensuring scalability and reliability of systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Location: Stockton-on-Tess, UK / Hybrid
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
