The opportunity

UAL is now at the start of a pioneering and exciting new strategic journey, "‘Why the World needs Creativity'" that seeks to change the world through creative endeavour. Social purpose is core to the strategy and is embedded in everything we do.

As the Associate Director, Strategic Change, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to prioritise and sequence areas for change. Your strong leadership capabilities enable you to lead teams without direct authority, while your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills empower you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Your problem-solving acumen and analytical abilities are excellent, and any certification in change or project management would be an asset. Knowledge of the higher education sector would be advantageous.
