Roles & Responsibilities:
·Monitor and proactively manage applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
·Diagnose and resolve application incidents, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
·Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and updates.
·Utilize Control-M and Informatica proficiency to automate and streamline workflows.
·Perform routine Windows Server administration tasks, including configuration and maintenance.
Qualifications:
·Proven experience in application support within the Telecom industry.
·Expertise in Control-M and Informatica tools.
·Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
·Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
·Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
·A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
