Whilst that exciting new stuff gets built and delivered, we still have a huge responsibility to run our existing platforms and you'll play a major role in providing a great service to our customers. As a member of our SRE team, your main responsibilities will be to work alongside our 24x7 shift teams, using tooling such as Dynatrace, Splunk and Thousand Eyes to ensure we maintain great observability across our services, and to contribute to quick service recovery for our customers.

You'll help define and implement Service Level Objectives and assist in automating Operational Readiness into CI/CD pipelines so that our engineering teams can be confident in delivering fault-tolerant, reliable, and robust features to our customers.

You'll also play a key role in contributing to blameless post mortems, ensuring we understand underlying root causes and drive through software solutions and automation to prevent recurrence and remove manual work.
