Emanuel School in London is seeking a dynamic IT Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing our school network. As an IT Systems Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our technological advancements, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. Your duties will include:
- Developing and managing EMA and Firefly VLE, taking a lead role in departmental support.
- Providing 2nd Line / 3rd Line support to staff and pupils, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Acting as the Lead AV engineer for livestream solutions and venues.
- Managing Cloud Platforms such as School Post, Google Admin, and Firefly.
- Collaborating with the Systems Administrator to troubleshoot server and networking issues.
- Playing a pivotal role in the school's journey towards a cloud-focused pathway.
About you
To thrive in this position, you must demonstrate robust expertise in Windows/Mac desktops, Windows 10/11, and proficiency in AV configurations. Profound competence in mobile device support for iOS and Android, along with experience in LAN, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, and Azure, is essential. You will also possess the skills for configuring, installing, and troubleshooting network printers and scanners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative, enabling effective support and inspiration for both staff and students.
