About the RoleThe Data & Analytics Sales Director is a pivotal role within the Data Analytics & Intelligence Service Line, responsible for driving data and analytics business growth in the region. Passionate about all things data, the Data & Analytics sales director position will work closely with our market sales team to build Go-To-Market strategies, solutions and new propositions while developing and evangelizing these value propositions to existing and new stakeholders within target accounts and prospectsBeing the Data & Analytics GTM SPOC in France, the market sales team will lean on this role to support them in creating the best possible solution to take to their clients. The role is the conduit between sales and the broader data & analytics groupActively originate and shape Data & Analytics opportunities in Southern Europe Region. This will need engaging and working with Advisory, Analysts and Technology partners in the regionHelp develop the go to market strategy for key accounts working alongside account teamsBe able to articulately and passionately present data, analytics & AI concepts to senior stakeholders internal and client.Support the delivery of data & analytics work into our clients.Skills and Experience15+ years’ experience in IT, and 3-5 years in a similar advisorevangelist position in data analytics space3-5 years selling and growing data analytics & AI business in a given portfolio of accounts & regionsExperience in working with C levels, and a relationship builder in the tech space; internally at Wipro and externally with our clients and vendors.An ability to work with clients in a consultative way; helping them build data strategies mapped to their business objectives.Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organisation. Deep understanding of the Data analytics industry, and the issues and opportunities its players face, in area such as technology, data and business change. You will have previously worked with or for major Data & Analytics Transformation Consultancy businesses or in the large enterprise leading data initiativesEnterprise sales knowledge and are comfortable in conversation with the sales team in finding opportunities with our clients to increase revenue.Understand how to work with the delivery and consulting teams and help bring them into engagements where necessary.Key SME niche in a data domain and a major cloud vendor, whether it be data architecture, automation through AI, advanced analytics, transformation, in Azure, AWS or GCP. Ability to work in domains outside of SME domain, and create conversational solutions, end to end, for large proposals.Work closely with pre-sales and alliances teams, who support in solution creation.Ability to put a solution design together, with technologies outside of SME area, work with pre-sales, and practice teams, to create a solution that can be presentedArticulate and ability to present those designs, receptive to constructive criticism, form a collaborative team.Passionate about data solutionsAdditional skills and experience:Cloud data certifications (MS/Azure/GCP/Databricks/Snowflake)Proficiency with French Language.Technology Stack Although an SME, you should feel comfortable adding new technology to your designs, and have the ability to learn technology capabilities, comparatively to other technologies, at short notice.Good understanding of cloud data and analytics offerings offerings, which include Azure, AWS and GCP, and are comfortable discussing the differences in technologies.Broad understanding of various data management technologies, such as Snowflake, Hadoop, MarkLogic, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, Databricks, Synapse etc.Broad understanding of various BI and Visualisation technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Microstrategy, Thoughtspot etc.Ability to investigate and add various data transformation technologies to designs, such as Informatica, SSIS, Data Factory, Talend, Fivetran, DataStage etc.Ability to investigate and add advanced analytics to designs, such as Alteryx, Dataiku, RapidMiner, Knime, Azure ML StudioAbility to investigate and add data virtualizations to designs, such as AtScale, Datameer, Denodo, Tibco etc"Wipro is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and makes all employment and employment-related decisions without regard to a person's race, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law"
