The ideal Java Software Engineer profile includes:

- Mid-level commercial experience in Core Java development - Expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and high-throughput practices - Familiarity with AWS/Public Cloud, along with proficiency in DevOps tools - Advocacy for modern methodologies such as TDD, pair-programming, and CD

' Technologies: Core Java, Multithreading, Concurrency, AWS, DevOps, ActiveMQ/MongoDB, Kafka
