This role includes liaising with the product marketing, management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to the solutions that Publicis Sapient has created with AWS. The role holder will also identify new opportunities, new buying centers, and innovative ways to help our clients evolve for a more digital-enabled future through AWS technologies.
It will also include working hand-in-hand with the sales and project teams to introduce AWS to the current clients of Publicis Sapient. You will help prospective clients and current clients understand the power of AWS, explaining technical features and problem-solving any potential roadblocks. This will include an understanding of AWS offerings and how they can be applied to the challenges our clients face.
Drive leads from AWS partner sales organizationBuild relationship between PS and AWS sales teamsBuild and execute GTM for revenue growthDrive and lead new pursuits in one or multiple target accounts, often at different stages of development, acting as the "One PS" leader to ClientOwn the PS Territory Plan for AWS with a strong Relationship Map, 3-year vision and strategy, tactical plan executed and driven through pipeline management to sell full PS portfolio and 360-degree relationshipIntroduce and represent the full extent of PS AWS services and offerings, positioning the company and developing opportunities with depth through the early stages of the selling cycle to proposal stageUse a wide variety of data sources and Strategic Intelligence Bureau to pinpoint specific prospect opportunities, renewals, and pain points to develop new opportunitiesEnsure all opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted in our CRMSeek to engage the right SMEs, client teams, and skills in the prospect at the right timeManage PS Internal teams as an "Account" and build a dedicated and virtual team of experts to match our offerings to Client prioritiesAchieve relevance and create an innovation agenda individually and as a team to differentiate PSManage and ensure delivery expectations up front and seek the right time to transition to Delivery and/or Client Partner for the long-term Build and grow strategic partnerships and expand/enhance perception of PS within prospects through marketing campaigns, thought leadership activities and account referencesParticipate/contribute to team education and community - achieves high level of skills, proficiency and results in business performance and attainment of goals, opportunity management, innovations and contributions to the PS Growth Force CommunityCraft and negotiate agreements focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for Publicis Sapient and its clientsTake ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual bookings targets and ensure contractual arrangements meet defined commercials goalsCollaborate with the AWS Team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve blockersTravel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required
Your Skills & Experiences
Sales experience, within a recognised AWS partner environment, gained selling AWS technology solutions to senior stakeholders within existing and new clients.Strategic and consultative sales experience: a unique breed of professional services seller that must be part hunter, strategist, digital investigator and entrepreneur.Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business that leverages AWS technologyBusiness awareness - maintain a thorough understanding of AWS innovations, PS' GTM offerings and solutions, brand and network building, industry trends, and client buying patternsPartnership and stakeholder management skills and experience at c-suite level - ability to develop and nurture Trusted Partner-level relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders via a strong Industry POV, value-driven conversations at C-decision maker levelLeadership: Leverages strong leadership capability to build and lead internal SME teams, lead change and inspire/develop others, and lead with a data-driven approach to include research, business intelligence, and strategySelf development: Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous evolution and self-improvement, including exceptional communication and negotiation skills, personal adaptability, and high empathy and curiosityBachelor's Degree minimum preferredFlexible and mobile, as there may be requirements to travel to other offices and/or client sites
