I am currently seeking an Azure BI Data Engineer (m/f/d) for a prominent provider of automated testing solutions in the Semiconductor Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, administering, and optimising the data infrastructure that supports Power BI Dashboards and Reporting.

- Translate Reporting needs into technical specifications
- Design, build, and deploy BI infrastructure (Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, Data Warehouses, Synapse Analytics, PowerBI, OBIEE, etc.)
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms in MS Azure
- Create data storage tools (e.g., Data Lake, Data Warehousing)
- Collaborate to evaluate and improve existing BI systems
- Lead BI integrations, systems, and data
- Evaluate existing data-collecting and analytics systems
- Develop and execute database queries, conduct analysis
- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
- Analyse big data to discover trends and patterns
- Establish procedures for data sharing with stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and secure data extraction
- Use data visualisation techniques for presentation
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
- Develop and update technical documentation
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as a BI Data Engineer
- Background in data warehouse design and data mining
- Proficiency in database management systems, OLAP, and ETL frameworks
- Knowledge of Oracle SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) preferred
- Familiarity with BI technologies and data processing frameworks
- Strong SQL, SSRS, and SSIS skills
- Analytical and innovative mindset
- Experience in statistics and reporting
- Excellent English communication skills
- Understanding of Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Applications and data structure
- Ability to work across cultures and levels
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Flexible with remote and on-site work
- Willingness to travel internationally
