This global semiconductor developer is seeking to strengthen their team in Munich (opportunities may exist in other locations too). They now seek several very high calibre Software and Systems Architects to be involved in the development of the next generation of their power systems, sensors and power conversion products aimed at emerging renewable energy, E-mobility and industrial robotics applications. These are exceptional opportunities for Software and Systems Architects who are committed to sustainable renewable, green energy application development aiming at carbon neutrality. The Software and Systems Architects will be responsible for defining and analysing new system and software architectures for power conversion, sensor and processor chipsets, system partitioning and software stack development. Working with multi-skilled, multi-location teams the Software and Systems Architects will make a major contribution to key technologies relating to sustainability and carbon neutrality in consumer electronics, automotive, industrial and renewable energy applications.
Having completed your technical education, ideally you will have gained experience developing embedded software or systems including producing efficient software and systems architectures for new product development. You will have led cross functional teams developing power electronic systems (controllers, sensors, EV charging systems, processors etc.) and have an understanding of how the components in power electronic systems come together in the final product. You will have a successful track record producing, evangelising and driving new product development projects to both internal and external stakeholders.
