We are currently seeking a Microsoft Office 365 Trainer to join us, on a permanent, full-time basis. The Role As a Microsoft Office 365 Trainer, you will develop computer literacy across our organisation and deliver a Microsoft Office 365 training Programme. Working as part of a team of Digital Skills Trainers, you will design highly engaging learning content, focusing on Microsoft Office 365 technologies, and deliver training to staff and partner organisations. You will advise on solutions to technical problems, and encourage the best use of Microsoft Office 365 software. Whilst taking the lead on the training workstream, you will collaborate with members of the Training Team to identify learning objectives, requirements and constraints, ensuring we are using the software as effectively as possible. Additionally, you will help to maintain content within our Microsoft Office 365 learning offer and support a range of live events and webinars. About You To be considered as a Microsoft Office 365 Trainer, you will need: - A minimum of one year's experience creating e-learning materials
- Experience of working at an operational level with internal and external stakeholders
- An advanced level of proficiency in delivering and developing training in the use of the Office 365 suite of applications
- The ability to confidently deliver courses virtually using MS Teams and or equivalent video conferencing software
