Manage reporting and forecasting of the Global Sponsored Production budget, including planning, forecastingand tracking annual budget pacing; creating, reviewing and approving all production budget estimates; and managing the PO/invoicing processDevelop in depth analysis on production processes to highlight areas of waste and improvement thatcan be made to shorten our sales cycle. Support the team with Production Partner strategy and value proposition development and execute complexdata analysis on the success, productivity and efficiency of our Production Partner EcosystemDevelop and foster strong relationships with senior business partners on the Finance and Product teamsto ensure cross-functional teams are working as cost-efficiently and strategically as possibleDevelop a deep understanding of AR and video creation processes used by our internal Production andSales teams and external Production PartnersKnowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proven experience as an analyst and the ability to navigate complex datasets Experience with approaching problems using a structured, analytical mindset and providing practicalbusiness insights from data with strong business acumen and judgmentExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills and superior attention to detailA proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task, think creatively, and learn quicklyin a fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency in Excel with demonstrated experience in building Excel models to solve end-to-endbusiness problems Minimum qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an analyst working in Sales, Creative Operations, digital advertisingExcellent data analysis ability, be able to find business problems from data, and be able to convertbusiness problems into data indicators.Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, marketing or related field, or equivalent experiencePreferred qualifications:
