This reputable main contractor specialise in the development of large scale construction projects across the commercial, civils and infrastructure sectors working on a number of notable projects in the UK, Ireland and Europe. With an emphasis on quality, teamwork and client satisfaction this contractor have contributed to major construction works for over 100 years and are consistently improving. Now they are looking for a Senior Commercial Lead to join their team of ambitious individuals. In this Senior role you will take a Commercial Lead on a variety of interesting projects. You will be responsible for leading and developing the commercial team as well as working closely with clients and sub-contractors. As well as this you will be responsible for the budgeting of current and upcoming projects with a high level of attention paid to reporting figures, preparation and management of budgets and creating cost plans. You will ensure that you are implementing strategies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. You will predominantly be based in Foynes, Limerick, working on one of their prestigious projects. The ideal candidate will therefore have extensive experience working in a Senior Commercial role within the construction industry, and will have proven experience leading projects commercially. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to lead a team and work closely with clients. The Person:

• Previous experience in a Senior Commercial Lead or Management role
• Proven experience working on prestigious construction projects
• Experience reporting and analysing commercial data to a high level
• Happy to travel
