IT Business Analyst / IT Project Analyst - eCommerce

My client, a famous company with offices in 10 countries , is seeking an IT Digital Business Analyst with a solid e-Commerce knowledge. This is a new role, opportunity such as this are not around every day, and if you are qualified do not hesitate to take the next step upwards in your career!

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager to managing the project implementation activities, participate in E-Commerce development project, responsible for end-to-end project management.
• Responsible for eCommerce or digital platform development.
• Understand business needs and able to propose appropriate digital & eCommerce solutions.
• Handle user enquires and provides support to different parties
• Prepare and execute test plan and test cases
• Effectively use of internal/ external resources as required by projects.

Requirements:

• Degree or above holder in Computer Science, IT, e-Commerce or related discipline.
• Solid project experience in e-Commerce or digital platform development
• Digital savvy. Passionate about the latest technology and data.
• Knowledge in SEO and Analytics.
• Knowledge in App or CRM development will be a plus.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads, work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
• Creative problem solver with practical, solution focused approach
