ERP Project Manager - Copenhagen

Are you an ERP Project Manager on the look out for a new project to work on from the very start?

My client - one of the coolest retail/fashion brands in Denmark is about to begin the process of migrating their ERP system and need an experienced Project Manager to drive it through each phase from start to finish.

The company is a leading fashion company with a mission to become more sustainable and promote positive change across the industry. Part of this mission also includes utilising the latest business technology to streamline processes, so they're undergoing a major digital transformation, with an ERP migration project at the heart of it.

For this project, they need an ERP Project Manager who will be responsible for:

• Lead an ERP project with project members from different business departments, tech departments and external vendors.
• Facilitate scoping workshops with the project team and confirm with senior management.
• Lead the technical implementation and business
• Drive change management and alignment on new business processes
• Responsible for resource planning, budget planning and overall project planning.
• Stakeholder management and information sharing

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

• Experience working in a Project Management role on ERP projects.
• Experience in business transformation projects and tech strategy work.
• Have a strong ability to prioritise your own tasks as well as that of the team
• Experience in leading projects throughout the full project life cycle.
• Have excellent communication skills in English, able to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment where operations and business requirements might change fast.
• Experience in the fashion industry and/or FMCG is an advantage
