Project Manager (Anaerobic Digestion) Thames Water region £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) + Holidays + Progression + Further Benefits

Are you a Project Manager or Site Manager with a background in safely delivering Anaerobic Digestion projects and looking to join a growing company and work on some exciting projects across the Thames Water region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Thames Waters main contractors and become a project manager managing Anaerobic Digestion sites across multiple different sites in the region. Projects will vary in size and complexity meaning the role offers significant variety.

This company deliver Construction Solutions, specialising in the design of water / wastewater infrastructure. The work is often of a highly bespoke nature meaning every project is unique and you will always have new opportunities to develop your knowledge. Over the last few years, they have enjoyed continual success and growing demand and they now require a Project Manager to assist in the design of their current and future Anaerobic Digestion projects.

On offer is a mobile / site based role across the Thames Water region, where you will take a lead role in projects. The role will involve leading the tendering process, which involves preparing and submitting commercial and technical bids. It will also involve using your experience to collaborate with the estimating team to produce accurate cost estimates, and eventually creating and maintaining a detailed project programme and ensuring the project is on track.

This role would suit a Project Manager or Site Manager who has experience in managing and leading Anaerobic Digestion projects from cradle to grave.

The role:

• Leading the tendering process and reviewing tendering projects
• Collaborating with the estimating team to accurately estimating costs of each project
• Create and maintain a detailed project programme, monitoring progress against the schedule and adjust as needed to keep the project on track

The person:

• Possess a high level of confidence in dangerous substances and Explosive Atmosphere Regulations (DSEAR)
• Comfortable with both Civil and MEICA design and build processes
• Preferably will have experience in Anaerobic Digestion projects in the past
