Overview:
A market leading consultancy specializing in the Cyber Security and Networking sectors are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their growing organization in London on a hybrid basis.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
As the Senior Cyber Security Product Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of Cyber Security Managed Services. Your role will extend to leading sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring service adoption aligns with company targets, and establishing strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
 

• Create and maintain a range of Cyber Security Managed Services that drive growth and profitability.
• Define propositions that align with industry trends and address customer challenges.
• Ensure continuous protection against cyber threats using the latest innovations and technologies.
• Lead the development of a robust strategy in collaboration with key directors.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve company targets.
• Champion services as the authoritative expert to existing and new customers.
• Drive external visibility through innovative marketing and communication plans.
• Collaborate with Solutions and Operations leadership to ensure profitable and client-satisfying service delivery.
• Implement effective change management strategies for enhanced and evolved service delivery.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the cyber threat and technology landscape.
• Stay attuned to evolving security needs, collaborating with partners to drive innovation and investment.

• Expertise in the IT Security Managed Service industry, developing valued and profitable services.
• Champion and evangelist of Managed Security services.
• Proficiency in Cyber Security Managed Services, including SSE, EDR, Firewall, DDoS, Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional communication abilities in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Client-facing experience.
