I am looking for a CRM Project Manager for a Leading University. The CRM Project Manager will have broad experience and expertise in delivering business transformation projects.

Role: CRM Project Manager Duration: 3-6 Months Skills and Responsibilities:

• MUST have experience working with MS Dynamics
• Delivering end to end CRM implementations
• Experience with Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules of Dynamics
• Experience with Enquiry Management Systems
• Vendor relationship management and communication with stakeholders
• Full knowledge in digital transformations

Higher education experience is not essential but very desirable.
