A leading IT solutions provider headquartered in North America, collaborating with renowned investment banks and communication firms, is actively seeking a Lead Java SDET to join their team. As their European (London) headquarters expands from 300 to over 400 employees this year, this prominent communications compliance provider is at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for clients, focusing on email, social media, and voice messaging.

The Lead Java SDET will be well-versed in Java coding and testing solutions for API services on large-scale systems. The technology stack includes Java, JUnit, Selenium WebDriver, and JMeter. In your daily activities, 50% of your time will involve participation in design reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile processes. The remaining time will be dedicated to leading a team of 3-5 highly successful Java SDETs and active involvement in testing.

This Lead Java SDET opportunity is ideal for individuals who:

Have experience in people management, leading other testers, and making technical decisions, taking ownership of projects
Are proficient in writing Java code and have experience with JUnit, Selenium, and testing backend systems/APIs
Possess an automation testing background

As the Lead Java SDET, you will advocate for modern development practices such as pair programming, Agile methodologies, and BDD/TDD.
