Responsibilities:
  • Identify, structure, and shape opportunities and engagements
  • Resolve complex challenges, impact transformational changes
  • Engineer innovative and practical business & domain solutions
  • Cultivate long-term relationships that benefits both the organization and its clientele
  • Support global delivery and strategic internal initiatives and global delivery
  • Produce industry leading business research, position papers and white papers
  • Collaborate and network with global teams, partners for positive business outcomes
What we look for
  • 3-7 years of previous work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytics, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and to demonstrate high levels of resilience and flexibility
  • Aptitude to work across functions and different environments, with a strategic and global mindset
  • Engaging communication skills and the ability to influence decisions
  • Eligibility to work on permanent basis in the country of hire without visa sponsorship
