My client within Banking is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst/SME to join their team.

Successful candidates will play a crucial part in gathering requirements, delivering tooling, solutions design, test and deployment. You will also engage in end to end delivery from user stories design and agreeing solutions to test, implement, and deliver in ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Extensive, hands on knowledge and experience of ServiceNow/ITIL modules (including but not limited to GRC, ITSM, CMDB, INS/PI)
• Data resilience experience (highly desirable)
• Financial services experience (highly desirable)

This is a 6 month rolling contract paying £650pd Inside IR35.

This role offers hybrid working across multiple locations: Halifax, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow.
