£35,000 - £40,000 DOE + 38 days holiday + Excellent Pension

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in working on Building Services? Are you looking to join a company that offers technical progression through company training programs?

My client requires an experienced facilities maintenance engineer with a good understanding of electrical principles to join their team.

On a day-to-day basis you will fault find, test and repair electrical plant within their site. You will be carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of electrical building services equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on some of the following: HVAC systems, boilers, access control, BMS systems, pumps, fire alarms, general electrics, and sprinkler systems, as well as any other electrical plant and equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Electrically biased facilities maintenance engineer to join a new team where they can upskill themselves through training courses provided by the company.

The Role:

* Electrical Maintenance of facilities plant * Working on Electrics, HVAC systems, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, refrigeration, pumps * £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

The Candidate:

* Electrical Maintenance Engineer * Experience in building services maintenance * Previous experience on some of Electrics, HVAC systems, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, refrigeration, pumps
