Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Building Services/Facilities)

£35,000 - £40,000 DOE + 38 days holiday + Excellent Pension

Mon - Fri days

Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in working on Building Services? Are you looking to join a company that offers technical progression through company training programs?

My client requires an experienced facilities maintenance engineer with a good understanding of mechanical principles to join their team.

On a day-to-day basis you will fault find, test and repair mechanical plant within their site. You will be carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of mechanical building services equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on some of the following: HVAC systems, plumbing, boilers, access control, BMS systems, pumps, fire alarms and sprinkler systems as well as any other mechanical plant and equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Mechanically biased facilities maintenance engineer to join a new team where they can upskill them selves through training courses provided by the company.

The Role:

* Mechanical Maintenance of facilities plant * Working on HVAC systems, boilers, refrigeration, pumps and plumbing * £35,000 - £40,000

The Candidate:

* Mechanical Maintenance Engineer * Experience in building services maintenance * Previous experience on some of plumbing, HVAC, pumps, refrigeration, etc.
