Be at the forefront of innovation with a role that shapes the future of Battery Electric Vehicles. As part of our team, you will directly influence the heart of these vehicles, the propulsion software.

You will ensure that our cutting-edge propulsion software is rock-solid before it hits our Manufacturing plants. Driving vehicle programmes, you will focus on diagnostics and seamless integration.

You will also help us craft robust processes for the propulsion control system and it's diagnostics, whilst playing a key part in creating efficient simulation and verification processes to spot faults and improvements!

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Lead issue investigations and clear communications for Propulsion Controls with the Jaguar Land Rover Manufacturing plants.

• Develop new and improved end of line tests to capture issues in build where they can be rectified.

• Support the development of processes and tools to design in robustness to the Propulsion control system, including its diagnostics.

• Support the development of capable and efficient simulation and verification processes to find faults and improvements earlier in development.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• A technical background relevant to Powertrain and Propulsion systems

• Previous experience of working in a software and controls environment

• Knowledge of Propulsion software and controls, ideally including diagnostics and end of line process
