Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Chief Architect specializing in Microsoft Business Central (MS Nav/BC/365). This is a hybrid role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for light travel. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing the technical solutions essential for achieving our business objectives. They will lead a small team of software developers and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure that the software architecture aligns with our strategic goals and complies with regulatory and security requirements.
Qualifications
Key qualifications and skills required for this role include:
Software Architecture, Software Design, and Design Patterns: A deep understanding of software architecture principles, software design methodologies, and familiarity with design patterns.
Microsoft Business Central (MS Nav/BC/365) Expertise: Profound experience with MS Nav/BC/365, including a comprehensive knowledge of its capabilities and features.
Partner Experience: Proven experience in collaborating with Microsoft or related partners to leverage their resources and expertise.
Software Development and Programming: Strong background in software development and programming, demonstrating the ability to create and maintain robust software solutions.
Problem-solving, Decision Making, and Risk Assessment: Exceptional problem-solving skills, sound judgment in decision-making, and the capacity to assess and manage risks effectively.
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering their growth and enhancing their skills.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and partners.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Mortgage Industry Knowledge (Optional): Familiarity with mortgage industry systems and technologies would be a valuable asset.
