Volkerwessels are seeking a dynamic IT Asset Manager, experience of creating, implementing, and managing an ITIL Change Management process within an enterprise environment is required. This role will also be required to create and update process documents and conduct efficiency audits. Once Change management process has been implemented and matures other ITIL processes will be owned by this role.
5+ Years in a similar role at a large organisation (3000+ employees)
Experience in setting up a ITAM function
Experience in implementing, configuring & developing a ITAM tool (SNOW, ServiceNow, etc.)
Experience in developing a ITAM strategy and roadmap
Experience in creating KPI's that align with CSF's
ITIL Foundation v3 or v4
