Dedicated to excellence, it's our people that drive success for our clients.As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be providing analysis work relating to business/systems requirements on both new and existing systems for various departments from broking to operations and finance. The role will also include an element of project management, where you will be managing and scheduling development sprints for various projects. You will be working alongside an established product and development team on multiple projects at the same time whilst working in an Agile environment. Building relationships with stakeholders, to ensure you understand the customer needs which must align with the product and engineering teams to ensure the business goals and vision and met. This is a key role as we build a culture of true customer-led product design through data-driven solutions and deepen our product set. This may include some application support, testing and training on the solutions developed in-house or externallyKey Skills: Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver any artefacts as needed, including: Functional specification documents, user stories, change requests, screen and interface designs.Manage requirements at all stages of refinement so there is no delay to the development team in receiving sufficient clarity to deliver fit and functional features.Competent in handling multiple products/features at any point in time.Serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow, facilitating direct dialogue between customers and technical resources where appropriate or required.Effectively manage and prioritise own workload, providing regular status updates as required. Where required, plan and participate in system testing activity and user training.The implementation and launch of the Product Roadmaps to meet the product strategies including mitigation strategies.Product and service roadmaps, by creating and reviewing requests for the roadmap and technical feasibility.Test user stories to ensure functional requirements are met and facilitate user acceptance testing with stakeholders.Serve as product ambassador by providing expert knowledge, organizing demonstrations and responding to questions.Collaborate, negotiate, engage and manage relationships with stakeholders for product development, principles and practices to align the product roadmap to the strategic goals.Strategic planning with a particular emphasis on addressing the service delivery needs of the end user.Lead agile planning events, workshops and design reviews.When required, you should be able to take onboard some Product Owner responsibilities and drive the product forward.Additional / ad hoc duties as needed in order to meet the needs of the business.
