The data team are driven towards becoming more Agile and are in the process of migrating a vast amount of data from spreadsheets onto an AWS warehouse using Redshift, making it much easier for you to manage performance analytics and gain valuable business insights! The Team:Although there are Data Analyst's across the business, you will be the first dedicated Data Analyst for the Operations team. You will be working closely with the operations board as well as key stakeholders, providing them with a consolidated reporting suite that gives a clear breakdown of what is happening across the business and any recommended changes or improvements. Office & WFH Policy:The company is based in London however, you will be able to work from home 3 - 4 days upon passing probation. Flexibility is important as you will occasionally be required in more days for meetings or specific projects. Requirements:You have extensive experience of managing performance analytics for large commercial companiesYou have strong SQL, Python, and Excel (VBA or Power Pivot or DAX) skillsYou have experience using Tableau (will consider PowerBI)You have excellent communication and collaboration skillsYou can build strong relationships and can adapt to engage with different leadership and management styles As a Data Analyst, you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £50k) plus bonus and benefits.
