Senior Product Manager WFH / Birmingham to £60kAre you a Senior Product Manager with Salesforce and B2B eCommerce experience? You could be joining a not-for-profit within the green energy space, working on a "Tech for Good" product and making a real impact on the UKs mission to be carbon neutral and reach NetZero targets.The company works with stakeholders across the energy sector (consumers, industry, academia and government) to identify innovation priorities, gaps in the market and overcome barriers to accelerating the decarbonisation of the energy system at the lowest cost.As a Senior Product Manager you'll take ownership of a new B2B eCommerce product; the product is aimed at local authorities and businesses as an information and tools portal to provide access to greener energy services and enable local authorities to promote them to residents (e.g. solar panel implementation, smart meters). You'll take a commercial and strategic lead on this product and help to scale it.You will also be responsible for establishing an Operations structure around product development to enable and promote knowledge sharing across product teams, implementing a single platform for stream-lining operations and communication in Salesforce.WFH Policy:You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues 2-4 times a month; you'll be joining a friendly, relaxed team based in Central Birmingham (10 minute walk from 3 mainline stations).Requirements:You're a Product Manager with B2B eCommerce experienceYou have experience of working on Salesforce projectsYou're a data driven decision maker able to undertake market research and analysisYou're able to define the product strategy and KPIs to measure performanceYou have advanced written and verbal communication skills including stakeholder management experienceYou're likely to be degree educated in a STEM disciplineIdeally you will have a keen interest in green energy and are excited by the prospect of decarbonising the UKs energy markets (although this isn't a pre-requisite!)Salary & benefitsAs a Senior Product Manager you will earn a competitive salary (to £60k) plus bonus and benefits including:28 days holiday (and ability to buy more)Generous pension contribution (up to 10%)Bonus (c10%)Life AssuranceChildcare vouchersDiscounts on electric vehiclesApply now or call to find out more about this Senior Product Manager opportunity.At Client Server we believe in a diverse workplace that allows people to play to their strengths and continually learn.
