Strategic Project Lead (Manufacturing)

Are you a senior level engineer who has experience running strategic projects and handling CapEx expenditure?

This company are part of a global powerhouse who manufacture a range of products globally. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Strategic Project Lead to help drive future growth in the business.

In this role you will be getting involved in a wide range of activities, from deputising the Engineering Manager, overseeing business development and technical projects, ensuring they are scoped and costed accurately while getting involved in the CapEx expenditure.

The ideal candidate will have a Technical Engineering background to a senior level, ideally within a manufacturing field with some regulations, e.g. pharmaceutical, food, aerospace, medical and more. You should have experience with strategic project management and CapEx.

The Role:

*Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours (flexible start and finish time)

*Leading strategic projects - including managing Cap Ex

*Deputising Engineering Manager

*Minimal travel, with the option to work up to 3 days per week at home

The Person:

*Senior level experience in Engineering or Manufacturing

*Experience leading strategic projects and managing Cap-Ex

*Experience within regulated industries such as food, pharmaceutical, aerospace or similar is highly beneficial
