IT Support Engineer

£24,000 - £26,000 DOE + ON-SITE + 26 Days Holiday + Training + Progression

This is an amazing opportunity for an IT Support Engineer looking for their next challenge working on 1st/2nd line infrastructure support within a business that offers great progression and the opportunity to expand your knowledge with excellent training.

This company are a global market leader within Manufacturing Software Products. They work with manufacturing businesses to support their technology needs whilst providing great customer service and technical solutions.

In this role you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support whilst having strong experience and a good understanding of hardware, network infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and Hyper-V.

You will have the ability to work effectively within a team environment, be able to confidently communicate with customers and clients, ensuring standards are kept throughout and targets are met. In this role you will deliver high-quality technical infrastructure support to help shape the onward direction of solutions, calling upon your great knowledge and expertise to continue the company's successes.

The Role:

- 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer

- Delivering On-Site and Remote Infrastructure Support to users

- Fantastic internal training and opportunity for progression

- Providing High-Quality, IT Infrastructure Support in a Manufacturing Software Business

- Mon-Fri Role, Fully On-Site

The Person:

- Must have experience in a 1st/2nd Line Infrastructure Based Role

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to diagnose faults

- Good Understanding of Active Directory, Office 365 and Hyper-V

- Good Experience Troubleshooting and Supporting Network Infrastructure

- Full UK Drivers Licence
