Are you from a Food Manufacturing background with experience in an Operations or General Management position looking for an autonomous role where you will lead a new department and have a direct impact into the direction of the company's success where you will have full remit to implement your own changes and processes?

This well-established company are market leaders within FMCG with a nationwide focus, supplying their high-end products to blue-chip food manufacturers and leading supermarkets across the UK. Due to rapid growth of a new department, my client are looking for a Factory / Operations manager to head up the fast-paced department and report directly to the CEO's.

This role would suit anyone from a Food Manufacturing environment with experience in the Chilled Foods sector and wants a fully autonomous role where they can put a stamp on the company and be recognised and rewarded for your success.

The role:

*Responsible for delivering a production and delivery agenda in conjunction with Site Engineering, Site Technical and Development departments in align with wider business objectives.

*Working directly underneath the Executive Directors.

*Office/Factory-based, commutable from Chippenham, Bristol, Swindon, Gloucester, Newport, Westbury and nearby areas.

The Person:

*Food Manufacturing background with Chilled Foods Experience

*Strong leadership qualities and experience managing multiple departments within Food Manufacturing.
