Kafka Engineer / Specialist (Data Streaming Java Apache Kafka) *Remote* to £800 p/day

Are you a Kafka expert looking for your next contract role? You could be joining a rapidly expanding Google partner that helps clients transform through the use of GCP.

Your Role:

As a Kafka Engineer / Specialist, you will be working on a project for a well-known financial services client, optimising an existing Kafka deployment with the long-term goal of migrating over to GCP and increasing the data quantities by 10x. There is a high volume of data sources (around 500) making this a challenging project that requires a Kafka Engineer / Specialist with a high level event-sourcing experience to design and implement a significant Kafka deployment that will store and process data at scale.

Office / WFH:

This can be a fully remote role, or you can work from the Bracknell or London offices.

Requirements:

You are a data focussed Kafka expert, with next level event-sourcing experience

You have designed and implemented a significant Kafka deployment that stores and processes data at scale

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
