In this role, you will be looking after a medium sized team of operatives, ensuring the company's operations, production and processes are being met to a high level. The role offers variety in your responsibilities and would be ideal for an 'all-rounder' to come in and be a crucial part of the company's operations.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has had a senior role within manufacturing, with experience overseeing a team and successfully meeting company compliance requirements.

The Role:

*Shift Manager (Operations)

*Overseeing medium sized team of operatives and ensuring the company's operations are being carried out to a high level

*Continental Shift Pattern - working 7-7 covering days and nights

*Access to overtime in order to boost your earnings

The Person:

*Experience working in a senior role within manufacturing, managing and leading a team of people

*Management role within FMCG highly advantageous

*Commutable to Ledbury
