SAP SuccessFactors Specialist - Remote - c£50KNigel Frank International have been appointed by a globally recognised manufacturing organisation that is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors specialist to support the high performing HRIS team. My client have recently acquired a number of new companies to join the group and are looking to bring all organisations onto the same HR system.This role would be a great fit for an HRIS professional experienced with SAP SuccessFactors looking to take ownership of a number of projects/Implementations. The tech team are looking grow across a number of areas following a very successful start to 2023 enabling a continued digital transformation programme. The company offer an excellent benefit backage along with the ability to work anywhere in the UK. Roles & responsibilities:Work with the HRIS Manager to provide solutions/implementations on a number of exciting projects.Advise, define and document the requirements for the SAP SuccessFactors projectsContribute to the HRIS road map such that future deployments are aligned with the business needsSkills & qualifications:Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors Implementations and IntegrationsAbility to Manage key stakeholders across a number of different business units.Strong knowledge of HR processes.Experience using Boomi integration tool is a benefit.
