Senior Construction Manager (all levels considered)(High end Residential)London£40,000 - £65,000 + Travel expenses paid + Great Benefits & Progression

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Construction Manager (this job would also suit a Project Manager, Contracts Managers etc..) to join a well-established and successful construction company. In this role you will be reporting straight to the CEO, where you will manage multiple sites and bring your expertise and experience to an already successful business.The company require a Construction Manager who can provide their experience & knowledge to help drive the company forwards. The candidate must have previous experience managing and developing staff, have exceptional people management skills and a good record of quality. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years min experience in renovations and fit outs for the high end resi sector and should have a good technical understanding as well. You will also be working for high end and private clients so excellent communication and people skills are required.The ideal candidate will understand the high end sector inside out (desirable not essential), where you will hold an extensive technical knowledge of all aspects of construction, including design, engineering and project management. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction for the companies high-end residential projects. You will run 2-3 projects at one time and the projects are normally London based (Zone 1).

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of construction and coming from a trades background would be desirable as it will allow you to understand the projects inside out whilst also managing sub-contractors effectively.
