C# .Net Team Lead (ASP.Net SQL MVC) *Hybrid WFH / London* to £90k

Your Role:
In this C# .Net Team Lead role, you'll proactively lead a small, high-performing team who work directly on product development and customer projects. As customer requirements are constantly evolving, you'll have the opportunity to oversee some exciting projects with diverse, modern technologies including C#, .Net, SQL ASP.Net, MVC and more, but please note that this is mostly a hands-off role with a focus on management. You'll have a number of line management responsibilities, including conducting regular 1-2-1's and facilitating training and career development for the team, and you'll advocate quality and contribute continuous improvement, representing your team within the wider business.
WfH Policy & Office:
Based in London you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team who are all passionate about the work they do. You won't be expected to work in the office every day and can have work remotely 2-3 days a week.
Requirements:
You have a proven track record as a positive, pragmatic leader and are excited by the prospect of providing leadership to a small, talented team
You have technical expertise in C#, .Net and SQL
You're an advocate of Scrum project management methodologies
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
